Dr O'Braitis and Helen were wonderful. They took me right in, ensured I got my referral to a specialist and then finished patching me up once the specialty work was done. I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience at this office. The staff have to be the friendliest group of people I have ever met, starting with the very pretty young lady who greets you at the front desk and moving right into the back office where you can hear the staff interact witht he patients in a kind, fun way. These people truly care about how you feel and recognize that sitting in that chair is probably not you first choice of activities for the day. They do their best to make the visit as pleasent as possible. FYI, I have never taken the time to write a note about a doctors or dental office like I am today. Dr. O’Braitis is knowledgeable, professional, and sensitive to his patient needs. I don’t know how they did it, but to add a partner of his professional expertise to their roster solidifies RNDG’s place in “elite” dental care in South Orange County.
