I had a very negative experience with this dental office. After making an appointment for some dental work and arriving on time, the front desk couldn't find my appointment in their system. Despite already being in the office and asking if the dentist could still see me, I was told they couldn't help until they verified my insurance first!!!—turning a scheduling mistake on their end into an even worse experience. The lack of accountability and helpfulness at this office was very disappointing. Needless to say, they lost my business. Please don't send me a canned response that your office cares about the patient experience!!!!!
