********BEWARE************* DO NOT COME HERE, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF Went to Rancho Niguel Dental for cleaning. I was told that I NEEDED a deep cleaning. I asked if it was covered in my insurance and they said YES. Four months Later a get a bill from Rancho Niguel for $250 dollars. I called numerous times to get clarification on the Bill (with not a single call back.) I was told to call my insurance company, so I did and my insurance company told me to ask them to write a claim explaining the NEED for a deep cleaning. Rancho Niguel refused to do another claim (because they ripped me off) I will NEVER NEVER NEVER come back and I will tell everyone I know not to come here. So disappointed. Noel transferred me to "Gina" who doesn't even work there just to get me off the phone. Candy said she would talk t her supervisor and call me back (never got a call back) and Tina just brushed me off to another voicemail.

I have had multiple fillings fall out from this dentist. Up-selling on "deep cleanings" every 6 months. Avoid at all costs.
