I had my deep cleaning yesterday and it's a nightmare. I was in pain the whole process. The anesthesia didn't work. I have headache after the procedure and until now. The Lazer is the worst thing. It's painful and I don't know if I really needed it. The hygienist is not friendly, even she knows I am in pain she just keep giving me anesthesia without talking to me. Over all I will never come back to this place.

Really bad service:! The staff lost my broken cap (special zirconia) to send to lab! They didn't acknowledge their negligence and didn't apologize for losing that expensive cap in order that lab could match it! I had to go to the lab (risking my health dealing with another person during the pandemic) so the lab staff could match my front tooth! It was about 15 miles from my place! The inconvenience they put me through including going back to the dental office about three times for them to re-glue the temporary tooth which keep on falling off. This situation made me feel insecure and embarrassed not having a front tooth particularly when I had to meet virtually with our community group! Unbelievable! They even made me come back several times for a dental examination cuz they didn't do one when I was there! Dr. Ontiveros isn't a good dentist neither a friendly one cuz he's gloomy and seem to be too tired to be doing his work! The office has scheduled me about 11am Fridays, and it drags until end of the day by 2pm their closing time!!! Really disappointed with the service...seems that they really don't care about their patients! I'm going for my last draw for an examination this week! If they are still uncaring about their patients, I would have to change dental office next week! I hope this helps you in choosing your family dentist. I need one who is really good, competent, effective, efficient, caring, friendly, responsible, and affordable!

The best experience I’ve had at a dentist! Everyone was friendly and professional. The office itself was a very pleasant space. Dr. Mar is a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable and did a great job on my fillings!

Beware!! Do Not go to this office. the hygienist is very rude. The schedule me for cleaning, but she refused to clean my teeth. They try to sell me other services. They called me in the morning and confirmed my cleaning appointment, but when I get there hygienist {Naz} was complaining regarding of the cleaning time. The supervisor was really rude and she kick me out of office, honestly, his the first time in my life. I had such as this experience . The doctor was ok, he checked my teeth and he recommend things, After I have issue about my cleaning, the supervisor does not let me to talk with the doctor, so I do not know why he let the staff to do this. I wanted to do just regular cleaning but they pushed me to buy deep cleaning base on hygienist recommendation, remember she was not in the good mood from beginning to cleaning at all maybe she had some plan to leave office sooner or poor thing was ???? After 27 years, I have not had such as bad experience with dentist office like this or other doctors. it does waste my time and after two hours, just nothing. I was crying ,while I was leaving the office because it was totally disappointed and disrespect and so on ... Please do not go. I called insurance and opened a case, will see ...

I had a cleaning done today and they neglected to tell me that I would have to pay for this visit? They told me after I got my teeth cleaned that insurance only pays for 2 cleanings and that I used that up! If I would have known I could have just rescheduled for next month Jan 2020. Please resolve this issue for me.
